If it had been written down, you would already have it. What actually stops you is the part that never got recorded: why an engineer changes a parameter at this particular operating point, how a clinician chooses when two readings disagree, which version of an argument survives a review board.

That knowledge lives in people, and it has never been collected as data. It is not private and it is not classified. It simply was never written down.

Some requests cannot be filled. If the judgment is not plausibly held by anyone we can reach, we tell you in week one. We do not sell you a nearby proxy and charge as if it were the same thing.

05 / WHAT YOU GET FILES YOU KEEP

Not a call.A dataset.

Every delivery is a file you keep, in a format your pipeline already reads. You do not need to build anything to receive it.

Structured records: Labeled cases in rows, with the reasoning attached to each one. Table, CSV or JSON — whichever your toolchain takes.
Reasoning traces: The full chain of thought, written in the expert's own words. Not summarized, and not rewritten into a tidy conclusion by us.
Disagreement and edge cases: Conflicting readings, cases where contributors disagreed, and the ones nobody was willing to call. They stay in the dataset.
A provenance record: Who contributed, how their experience was verified, when it was collected, under what conditions, and what they could not answer.

We do not sell hours with people. You buy data, not calls.

We do not claim a sample represents a population unless it was designed to.

If the contributors split, you get the split — not a consensus we invented for you.

We will not touch material non-public information, anything under an NDA, or anything a contributor cannot lawfully share.
